No. You can only qualify for an Infinite Leverage Account if two of the following conditions are met:
(a) Member Area is fully verified
(b) You have traded at least 5 Standard lots (across all real accounts) of Forex or Metals
Unlimited leverage for an Infinite Leverage Account is only applicable to equity below $1000. For equity above $1000, leverage is applied according to the following table:
